Hand Dyed Upcycled Lavender Denim | Size S/M | Ready to Ship

♡ I first began envisioning this jacket in March 2022 - nearly a year ago! It began with a few vintage Indian dupattas that I sourced direct from India from a seller who encourages using the materials to craft. Over the upcoming months I sourced a second hand denim jacket, dyed it purple and collected more silk and beaded remnants from India and from within the United States.

After piecing the different silks, chiffon and mesh together onto the denim, I then hand beaded purple fringe on the back and front pocket, accompanied by celestial charms. As the final touch I added a handmade butterfly applique custom designed for me by artisans in India. ♡

The jacket you will receive will be the exact one shown in the photos. 

For reference, Corina is 5'8' and typically wears a size S in clothing.

Projected sizes are based on overall measurements not on the labeled vintage size. Most jackets run large as they are created from vintage men's styles. They will fit loose in the shoulders and wide in the sleeves and are intended to be worn oversized. 

All jackets and sourced via vintage and second hand markets. Because of this, jackets and materials may show slight signs of wear from their previous life. This is part of the jacket's charm and unique upcycled aesthetic.
